Frigiliana is, no doubt, one of the white villages or pueblos blancos (It is so named because of its white houses) Malaga with more charm. He won several awards, the most recent was to be among the 30 most beautiful pueblos of Spain, beyond that it was awarded the National Prize of Embellishment in 1982, and the Historic-Artistic Site since 2014.

The town of whitewashed houses and narrow, winding streets in endless stairs that run throughout the Barribarto, the streets are the Moorish legacy that the passage of time left in the old town of Frigiliana, one of the best preserved in the province.

The Moors for many years invaded Spain, and were for many years in what is now known as the state of Andalusia and left beautiful architectural works in these cities and Frigiliana is one of those rich cities of Moorish history.

Frigiliana It is located in the eastern part of the Axarquía region, in Mediterrano Sea and next to the Natural Park Almijara, Tejeda and Alhama.

Frigiliana has many tourist services to meet the demand of visitors.
